TOM MARGESON - President & CEO

Tom’s motto at Healthy Berries Ltd is simple: give the team the targets and tools to do their job well… and then get out of their way so they can achieve them! He feels blessed to have such a dynamic team around him everyday who are passionate about what we do and why we do it. Over his 40+ years in the food industry, he has worked with some of the best and is proud to say that the team here at HBL is in that group. He’s incredibly lucky to have a wonderful wife who supports his crazy ideas (most of the time), four fantastic adult children who are rising to the top of their chosen careers, and four absolutely fantastic grandsons who really make enjoying life worthwhile. Outside of work, Tom has a passion for volunteering in the community and currently sits on three boards: the Grocery Foundation of Atlantic Canada, The Food & Beverage Atlantic and the International Board for Divine Renovation. In 2012, Tom was presented the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal for his work in the community. As for down time, Tom enjoys cruising in his 70 Cutlass convertible, sitting at the pottery wheel to see what can be created, and loves his family gatherings. Life is good
