THE Super Smoothie

Brought to you by the breakfast queen chef Dany Duguay! This smoothie is big enough to feed the whole family, takes less than 5 minutes to prepare and includes FIVE super fruits, including your favourite Superfruit Purée. Try using coconut yogurt to make vegan or dairy free.

Ingredients: 

1 cup frozen pineapple 
1 cup frozen mango 
1 cup frozen mixed berries 
1 bottle Superfruit Purée 
1 banana 
1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt 


Directions: 

Place all ingredients in to blender and blend on medium speed or smoothie setting until fully combined. For extra protein, try pouring your kids smoothies first, adding a scoop of vanilla protein powder and blitzing until combined, for the adults. Enjoy immediately!
