Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Delicious pulled pork sandwich, made with our cranberry and wild blueberry Superfruit Puree.

A sweet, tangy and juicy cranberry pulled pork, piled high on a bun with havarti cheese and spinach. 

 

Serves: 4

Ingredients: 

1 pork tenderloin, silver skin removed and butterflied 

1 bottle Superfruit Puree Wild Blueberry and Cranberry 

2 Tbsp honey 

1 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp pepper

Directions: 

 Pour bottle of puree in to slow cooker. Fill bsottle approximately 1/4 way with cold water, close and shake and add to slow cooker. Add salt, pepper and honey and stir to combine. Place pork in liquid, turn to coat, cover slow cooker, place on high for 4 hours. Remove pork and shred with two forks. Add pork back to liquid and allow to heat up and absorb sauce for 10 or more minutes. Remove using a slotted spoon, draining off excess sauce. Place on a bun with a slice of havarti cheese and baby spinach. Serve immediately, enjoy!
