Best Fall Breakfast Smoothie You've Ever Had

 

We’ve received the loveliest recipe from Allie and Sam this seaon! Read on to discover Allie’s AMAZING fall smoothie. It’s a delicious blend of spices and flavours that will get you feeling like fall in no time!

 


 

“FALLLLL is here! That means it feels like back-to-school, even though we're way out of school at this age.

Back-to-school always makes me excited for routines, and we've been doing a really good job (okay, Sam has been, not me) at making sure we're actually eating good food and cooking more.

I've been obsessed (OBSESSED - I cannot be stopped) with @superfruitpruee - it's essentially 850 wild blueberries in one bottle, nothing else added. A jackpot for antioxidants and so easy to add into cooking!

Anyways, behold: the best fall smoothie you've ever had, ever. (Name invented by me, and very easy to make!)”


Simply blend:

  • 1/2 cup of Wild Blueberry SuperFruit PURÉe

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling, unless you want to, then hey, go ahead)

  • 1 tsp blackstrap molassas (for others like me who need iron!)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup milk (any milk will do!)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • Some ice if you like a super cold smoothie!


Blend, pour, and enjoy!
