Wild Blueberry Overnight Oats
This is the perfect meal prep recipe! It comes together in 5 minutes, and you can leave it overnight in the fridge. In the morning you have a balanced and delicious breakfast that’s easy to grab and go. Brought to you once more by our all-star friend Chef Dany Duguay. If you aren’t usually the type of person who reaches for oatmeal, this will change your mind instantly.
Ingredients:
Serves 1, though you can make multiple batches at once! Best enjoyed within 3 days of preparation.
1/3 cup Superfruit Purée
1/3 cup your favourite milk
2 Tbsps chia seeds
1-2 Tbsps honey or maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/3 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Directions:
Place all ingredients in to a medium sized mason jar or sealed container. Shake well to combine. Place in fridge overnight. We weren’t kidding when we said it was easy!
