Morning Power Bowl
Wake up Right!
We don’t always have time to eat in the morning, but breakfast is the most important meal of the day! It jump starts your metabolism, keeps us from snacking, and helps us to actually wake up. If you haven’t made time for breakfast in the past, you’ll want to dive into this one. We call it the “Morning Power Bowl.”
Ingredients
3/4 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
1/4 cup of Healthy Berries Superfruit Wild Blueberry Purée
1 chopped banana
a handful of fresh berries
2 tablespoons of pumpkin seeds
chia seeds and/or unsweetened coconut flakes
sprig of mint for garnish
The Steps
Stir together Superfruit Purée, and the Greek yogurt.
Top with everything!
Pro Tips
Greek yogurt is an excellent source of fats and protein, bananas are a great source of potassium, and pumpkin seeds are an easy source of iron (and give a great crunchy texture!). This is an easy bowl to change up and customize, and it’s super easy to make. Get creative and wake up right!
